Carrier Rates & Estimated Transit Times

Shipping rates and available services may vary based on package weight and country of destination.

USPS First Class International (est. 10-21+ business days*): Flat rate $14-16 – prices vary based on package weight and country of destination. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Tracking & package insurance is not available. Please note, we are not responsible for replacing lost or damaged packages if you choose this method at checkout.

USPS Priority International (est. 6-10 business days*): Flat rate $32-35 to all available countries. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Trackable & insured against transit loss/damage.

USPS Priority International Express (est. 2-6 business days*): Flat rate $44.99 to all available countries. Final delivery is made by the destination country’s postal service. Trackable & insured against transit loss/damage.

UPS Worldwide Expedited (est. 2-6 business days*): Prices vary based on package weight and country of destination. Delivered by UPS with in-house customs clearance and insured against transit loss/damage.

*International transit times are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier. Due to circumstances beyond our control, packages may not arrive in the estimated time-frames provided. Tracking information may not be available for some shipments. Unfortunately, because of unexpected service delays, errors, or customs clearance holds, we cannot not guarantee delivery/transit times.

International shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note: at this time, all international orders are excluded from our “Free Shipping” promotions and offers. We hope to make these promotions available to our international customers in the future!

Freight Forwarder Policy

At this time, we do not ship any orders addressed to freight forwarder services, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order without prior notice if you check out using a freight forwarding service address.

Customs & Duties

Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As per U.S. Federal Law, we cannot and do not misrepresent package(s) as “Gift” or devalue the total retail cost of a product(s) to avoid customs & duties fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic & international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Because all orders are processed in 24 business hours, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

You are responsible for making sure the product(s) you are purchasing can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s import laws regarding e-liquids, electronic cigarettes, and lithium-ion batteries before making a purchase.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We do not falsify customs declarations or misrepresent the contents of packages.

Due to manufacturer, government, or customs restrictions, some items available for sale in the US may not available for international shipments.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for packaged seized by customs.

Exchange Rates

All transactions that take place and prices shown on Originvape.com are in U.S. dollars.

Prices and totals do not include customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes.

Please note, some credit card processors may charge a currency conversion fee.

All refunds are issued in US Dollars.

Due to daily exchange rate fluctuations, Origin Vape, LLC., is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation.

Fraud Protection Policy

All transactions are subject to verification and review by Origin Vape, LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, sale, or shipment of order(s) due to suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a shipping or billing address or credit card information is not verifiable.

Refunds for order cancellations will only be issued to the original credit card used during checkout.

Checkout Errors

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any city, province, territory names, or numbers are different, our checkout system will issue an error. Avoid abbreviations unless your information is displayed with abbreviations on your credit card statement.

Please contact your financial or banking institution with help regarding the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
